7. Management of personal data.
In France, personal data is protected in particular by Law No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
How do we collect your data?
Separative collects your personal data in the following ways:
- When you create a customer account on the Separative website: we collect the contact details you have entered.
- When you contact the sales department: the sales department collects your contact details by email or telephone.
What personal data do we collect about you?
Separative processes the personal data you provide:
- The identification data of the contact person who represents the customer (surname, first name, e-mail address, business address, business telephone number, company and department)
- The electronic identification data of the contact person representing the customer (IP address, access provider, URL of intermediate links)
- Order history and contract history
- Consumption habits for products and services Separative only
How do we use your personal data?
Separative only collects personal information about users for the purposes of certain services offered by the www.separative.net website. Users provide this information with full knowledge of the facts, particularly when they enter it themselves. Users of the www.separative.net website are then informed whether or not they are required to provide this information.
Separative collects your personal data in order to:
- Communicating information relating to products and services as part of personalised commercial and technical follow-up
- Manage customers and their requests
- Manage customer orders and deliveries
- Communicate Separative offers (news, offers)
Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making (marketing automation) in your dealings with Separative and its representatives.

Sharing your personal data
Separative does not share or sell your data to any external entity (company or any other organisation).
All data is processed internally. It may be passed on from one department to another (sales, technical, management, etc.) as part of the customer support process.
Data retention and deletion
In accordance with the CNIL and the new RGPD regulations, Separative retains personal data "for the time necessary to achieve the objective pursued at the time of collection", i.e. from the creation of the customer account (with the customer's consent) and for an indefinite period as necessary to monitor each customer throughout the relationship that links them to Separative.
Transfer to another country
Separative does not transfer any data to another country (EU or rest of the world). All data is processed internally only.
Security of personal data
Your personal data is secured by the "https" protocol implemented on our website and which protects you when you enter your details when creating your account (coming soon).
All your data is stored with an external professional host and processed internally using customer management software (see 1. Presentation of the site).
Databases are protected by the provisions of the law of 1 July 1998 transposing directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
What are your rights regarding your personal data?
In accordance with the provisions of the European and Council Regulation of 27 April 2016, you may request access to your personal data at any time. You may also request that they be corrected, deleted or restricted if they prove to be inaccurate or obsolete.
You have the right to object to Separative's use of your data at any time, provided that your objection is justified on applicable data protection grounds.
You can exercise your rights by sending a letter by e-mail to contact-Separative@Separative.net in which you indicate your decision to exercise one of these rights. Separative will reply as soon as possible.
In the event of a dispute, the law allows you to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country (in France, the CNIL).
